Reminder – AGM-Notice-2017 ALL SUBMISSIONS TO BE RECEIVED BY THURSDAY APRIL 13TH 2017

Annual General Meeting

Monday 15th May 2017

at 8.30pm

All Members Welcome

All members notified by email.

Nominations from members for Officer and Committee positions, together with the names of the Proposer, Seconder and the acceptance by the Nominee must be sent in writing to:

Mary Kelly, Hon. Secretary, Ballincollig RFC, Tanner Park, Ballincollig.

Alternatively, a scanned copy of the signed nomination can be emailed to:

info@ballincolligrfc.ie

Members wishing to move any resolution at the AGM must submit same in writing or by email to the above mentioned addresses.

All submissions to be received by April 13th 2017.

NB – *all signatories must be fully paid up members*

* Must be over 18; Only parents / guardians who upgraded to, or chose adult membership eligible to attend.
